Utensils and tools

  • ▢Blender
  • ▢Fine mesh sieve

Ingredients

  • ▢8 English cucumbers
  • ▢½ cup lime juice, or 1 cup of lemon juice
  • ▢1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • ▢Honey, sugar, or agave syrup (optional, I did not use any.)
  • Fruit, to garnish
  • ▢4 cups ice, (optional)

Preparation

1. Picar

  • Cut the cucumber in halves lengthwise, and with a teaspoon scoop out the seeds and discard them. Chop the cucumbers.Chop the apples (discard the seeds in the center).

2. Combining ingredients

Combine cucumberslemon or lime juice, and apple and water in the blender vase.

3. Blending

  • until it’s completely liquified and there are no solids left.

4. Serving

Pour into 4 glasses.Add ice (optional). You can also return it to the blender to crush the ice or make it a slush.Garnish with fruit.
